This is the first Job Centre located within a university and offers numerous opportunities to students and graduates:

• registration with the Trieste Job Centre
• access to employment supply/demand matching service
• request to activate training placements and guidance (for graduates of at least 12 months’ standing)
• Specialised support in compiling a CV
• and, in general, in how to put into practice a personal job search
• targeted placement (specialised guidance interviews, updating of CV by appointment, free access for initial response, information and basic guidance).

Note that the service does not only provide information, but is a real operational element within public job centre activities.

 In accompanying the University’s guidance service, the main aim is to support young people in finding employment, while also increasing study/work experience. At the same time, the employment services promote broader university access to high school students, so raising the country’s level of education in line with the objectives set by the European Commission.
