As a member of our consulting team, you’ll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from many backgrounds and disciplines, increasing your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives and developing new skills and experience to help you at every stage of your career - at BCG and beyond. You can expect to work with a wide range of clients and projects right from the start, rotating in a variety of Practices, like Insurance among the others.
Role:
We are looking for consultants from various seniority levels to join our teams in a wide range of challenging client engagements with some of the leading firms globally. We will appreciate expertise in the Insurance sector where we are seeing heavy demand from our clients. Consultant will advise our clients on a range of key topics for the senior management of leading Insurance institutions: from defining the global growth directions of the upcoming years, to creating a best-in-class claims management or optimizing the asset management returns. To do so, the consultant will have the opportunity to interact with a global network of experts on Insurance and functional topics, to be exposed to cutting edge thinking and to learn and develop a unique set of problem solving and leadership skills.
Required skills and qualifications:
- University degree with above-average academic performance in Economics, Finance, Statistics and Actuarial science or a related field
- At least two-three years of relevant working experience
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent Italian and English – both written and spoken language skills
- Distinct client and results orientation
- Team spirit, communication and presentation skills, and mental agility
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to travel
