The Operations Talent Program (OTP) develops talent for dynamic career opportunities within EssilorLuxottica's main Operations hubs.
Over the two-year program, trainees explore the expansive world of operations, learn a range of industry topics and experience the industrial environment where technology, innovation and product-passion sit center-stage.
Candidates must also be ready to engage deeply with the company and become part of the dynamic and friendly community.

How is it structured?
The program will be held in two of EssilorLuxottica’s main Operations hubs: Créteil (southeast of Paris, France) or Agordo (Belluno, Italy) and will last a total of 2 years. An open-ended contract will be offered from day 1 and there will be the opportunity to begin with a deep overview of Operations through a six-month Academy path. The candidates will then deepen Operations management topics within a top-notch European Business School and to develop a Project Work.
The OTPs will be assigned to one of the Operations Functions (such as R&D & Product Development, Engineering, Supply Chain & Logistics, Sourcing, Controlling, Quality, Data Science, Manufacturing) and will have the chance to gain a full perspective of that Department thanks to a half-way job rotation.
