Born:  9/10/1966, Trieste, Italy.

Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Engineering and Architecture,  University of Trieste, Italy.

He received the “Laurea” degree (M.Sc. degree) in Electronic Engineering and the “Dottore di Ricerca” degree (PhD. degree) in Information Engineering from the University of Trieste, respectively in 1996 and 2001.

From November 1999 onwards: Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Industrial and Information Engineering,  University of Trieste, Italy. From October 1997 to march 1998: visiting PhD student at the Fachgebiet Mess- und Regelungstechnik (Institute for Measurement and Automatic Control) of the University of Duisburg (Germany),  led by Prof. Paul M. Frank.

Reviewer for several international technical journals as: Automatica, Control Engineering Practice, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks, International Journal of Control, International Journal of Adaptive Control and Signal Processing, International Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control.
