Final medical examination

Following to the termination of the employment, the occupational physician can require a follow-up visit. This is provided, especially, in the case of:

• Exposure to chemical risk
• Exposure to biological risk of 3 and 4 group
• Risk due to the exposure to carcinogens and mutagens

The health examination is used to:

• Evaluate the worker’s state of health
• Give possible indications about medical prescriptions to be kept
• Give possible indications about the opportunity to undergo following examinations, even after the termination of the exposure

All the costs shall be assumed by the athenaeum.
