All PhD students receive any communication via e-mail on their e-mail accounts provided by the University. No communication is sent to personal e-mail accounts.
After enrolment, doctoral students are given a username (Nome utente) e.g. s123456 to access the online services, including e-mail services.

E-mail accounts are structured as follows: sXXXXXX@stud.units.it - and have a more "friendly" alias, e.g.: john.brown@phd.units.it
