• To qualify for the ACM/SIG member rate, you must provide your current membership number/ID from ACM, ACM SIGIR, or ACM SIGWEB.
• You must provide a valid student ID and ACM/SIG ID to qualify for the student member rate.
• You must provide a valid student ID to qualify for the non-ACM/SIG member student rate.
• Each paper at the conference must be represented by one or more attendees registered at a non-student rate.

Conference Registration includes:

• Conference booklet
• Participation in the 3-day main conference (October 23, 24 and 25)
• Lunch and coffee breaks during the 3-day main conference (October 23, 24 and 25)
• Welcome reception on October 23
• Conference banquet on October 24 (limited availability)

One-Day Main Conference Pass includes:

• Conference booklet
• Participation in one of the 3 days of main conference (October 23, 24 or 25)
• Welcome reception (on October 23 only)
• Lunch and coffee breaks during the selected main conference day (October 23, 24 or 25)
• Banquet is not included -- it can be purchased separately

Workshop Day Registration includes:

• Conference booklet
• Coffee breaks on the workshop day (October 22)
• Participation in any workshop on October 22 only

Tutorial Day Registration includes:

• Conference booklet
• Coffee breaks on the tutorial day (October 26)
• Participation in any tutorial on October 26 only

Terms of Cancellation

• Cancellations must be submitted via email (cikm2018registrations@theoffice.it) to the Conference Secretariat
• There will be a 80% refund for cancellations made by September 12, 2018 (11:59PM, AoE)
• There will be no refund for any cancellations received after September 12, 2018 (11:59PM, AoE)
• There will be no refund for authors of accepted papers, as well as no show
• Any refund will be made within one month after the end of the Conference. Requests must be made by sending an email at cikm2018registrations@theoffice.it
